PerfectMail says X messages were delayed in Y days, review your license

This is a known issue with the v3.5.1 release of PerfectMail. Some message delays, typically from spikes in spam activity, are expected and normal. The validation script has been incorrectly reporting these delayed messages and not clearing the error message. The next release of our software (to be released in early November 2012) has a fix for this.
