Active Issue: "Reject Recipient" error on outgoing email

There is a current known issue on PerfectMail where the system loses its list of hosted domains with respect to outgoing email. The quick fix for this is to restart the perfectmail service on the Dashboard. Look for the green power button icon beside "Anti-spam" in the Server Status box. Click once to shut down the service, turning the power button red; then again to restart anti-spam services.

We are currently working on a fix.
